Libraries participating in the Pedometer Lending Program can use the following documents for support.

• Calorie Expenditure table
  • for inclusion with pedometer kit.  Shows how many calories are burned by walking, based on the individual’s weight
  
  
• Exercise Equivalents in Pedometer Steps
  • for inclusion with pedometer kit. Shows equivalent number of steps per minute for other types of physical activity
