Health Unit Strategic Plan 2016-2018
The SMDHU 2016-2018 Strategic Plan outlines four high-level priorities for the health unit; addressing important public health issues; ensuring accountability and performance measurement; enhancing organizational capacity; and addressing the factors that create health inequities for our population.
