Respiratory Virus Surveillance

The Weekly Respiratory Virus Update is an interactive dashboard that is updated weekly, usually on Wednesday mornings, for the respiratory virus season to date (September 1 to present). It describes the most recent week’s local influenza, COVID-19 and RSV activity throughout the respiratory season, providing an overview of circulating respiratory viruses in Simcoe Muskoka and Ontario (where available).

Annual surveillance data for COVID-19 and Influenza are available as part of the Infectious Diseases dashboard.
