The health unit is open Monday to Friday from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

To Report a Public Health Emergency:
If there’s a public health emergency like a chemical spill or disease outbreak, call our on-call staff at 1-888-225-7851.

For general public health related questions, use our online form.  When submitting a question do not include any personal health information. The form is for general public health inquiries only, and staff receiving the form are not medical professionals. You will receive a response within 3 business days.

For inquiries regarding private, sensitive, or confidential information, please contact us at 705-721-7520, or 1-877-721-7520 on weekdays between 8:30 a.m. and 4:30 p.m.
