Occupational Health & Safety

The role of enforcing the Occupational Health and Safety Act (OHSA) belongs to the Ministry of Labour (MOL) Immigration, Training and Skills Development of Ontario.  If concerns are identified during routine inspections by the Public Health Inspectors, they are required to alert the MOL to occupational health hazards.
