Make an Emergency Preparedness Kit

An emergency preparedness kit will always have some basic supplies, ensure that your kit is easily accessible and easy to carry. Kit contents should be able to assist you with being self-sufficient for 72 hours.

In addition to being prepared for the first 72 hours, we recommend also creating a 7-10 day emergency food kit.

When creating your kit, keep in mind those with special needs, your pets, or anyone in your family that may have, including medications.
