Find a COVID-19 vaccination clinic

Most pharmacies book appointments ahead of time and some allow walk-ins. Check with the pharmacy before you go.

Some pharmacies and health care providers offer COVID-19 vaccinations for those 6 months to 4 years of age. Check with your care provider and/or local pharmacy before visiting, as you may need to book ahead of time.

Simcoe Muskoka District Health Unit has a limited number of COVID-19 appointments for children 6 months to 4 years old who are starting or completing their COVID-19 vaccination series.

To talk to a nurse, call Health Connection at 705-721-7520 or 1-877-721-7520, Monday to Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

  • Complete the online COVID-19 self-assessment before arriving at the clinic. Do not attend a vaccine clinic if you are not feeling well.
  • Bring the following items with you:

    -Health card or other form of identification (e.g., driver’s license, passport etc)

    -Out of province vaccine records (if applicable)

    -Assistive devices as needed (e.g., wheelchair, cane, glasses, hearing aid, etc.)

  • Take any regular medication and eat meals as usual.
  • Bring a list of any medications you are taking.
  • Make sure to wear a loose-fitting shirt that allows easy access to your upper arm.
