Parents and guardians, you are responsible for reporting your child's immunizations to public health to keep records up to date per standards of theImmunization of School Pupils Act (ISPA) and the Child Care and Early Years Act.Please note that in Ontario health care providers do not automatically report immunizations to their local public health unit. Reporting and viewing immunizations is easy and online.

Once you have submitted updated immunization information online, public health staff have to process the information before it will appear in your child’s immunization record that you can access online. We are currently experiencing a high-volume of submissions, so please be patient as we work through them as quickly as we can.
