How can your Workplace be Baby-Friendly™ for Staff?
The World Alliance for Breastfeeding Action (WABA) has developed a ten
step program called ‘Ten Steps to Creating a Mother Friendly Workplace’.
With the right supports such as maternity leaves, affordable child-care
and access to infants during working hours, women can successfully combine
breastfeeding with other work which ultimately benefits children, mothers,
